Performance opportunity
In September 2007, Pierre Hobson and his KlaXson Tap Dance Troupe put on their third successful show, Disco Tap. Rachel Santos, Cadance's Artistic Director, not only performed with KlaXson, but she choreographed all of the jazz dance numbers for the show. She is excited to be choreographing again for KlaXson in their upcoming 2009 show, this time with a funk, soul & Motown theme.
This is your chance to perform on stage in a dynamic and entertaining show. As a student of Cadance, whether beginning, intermediate, or advanced, you will learn the choreography for the show during classes. Leading up to the show, extra rehearsals will be scheduled outside of regular class time so you can perfect your moves and prepare the numbers for showtime.
Registration for the fall session and sessions leading up to the show and regular class & rehearsal attendance is required for participation in the show. Make sure you're registered for class so you can be part of the KlaXson magic of the Funk, Soul & Motown show!
