STOTT PILATES® improves core strength and stability and balances the muscles around the joints, improving the way your body functions, looks, and feels.
Pilates classes are offered for all levels and may include small props to make the workouts more fun and dynamic. You will be taken through a challenging, full-body workout designed to strengthen core stability, lengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and flatten the abdominals.
We’ve added a standing barre component to further challenge your balance and stability!
