GROOVE is a dance-based workout where you explore simple movement to great music to make your body feel good and foster vibrant health. No dance experience required. Forget about complicated choreography and follow the leader type classes; when you GROOVE, you simply get to move YOUR way!  Unlike a traditional dance or fitness class, the GROOVE facilitator gives 2-3 different steps per song to keep it simple and to allow you to find your own way of GROOVING the movement.  It’s a great alternative to the gym which is suitable for all abilities!
