Virtual and in-person options available for the fall sessions!
physical STUDIO OPEN for group classes
You have probably heard about the implementation of a vaccine passport for non-essential activities as of September 1. At this point, I’m not aware how this will impact the studio.
If you plan on taking in-person classes for the fall, I would strongly recommend being fully vaccinated, in case the studio is affected by the vaccine passport. And vaccination is a good thing to do anyway, for yourself and for the community!
Even if we are implementing the vaccine passport, I will still require masks and other preventative measures to attend class in person (I really don’t want that delta variant spreading around!). Please familiarize yourself with our studio Covid protocols before I meet you on the mat and dance floor.

Register for class by:
- Filling out this form (returning Cadance students can fill out this form instead). Please indicate which class you are signing up for, as space is limited, due to distancing measures.
- Paying for the session or drop-in (e-transfer or in the Cadance Boutique).
- Following the Covid protocols before showing up to your class.
- Contacting me if you have any questions or issues.

If you have a balance from a previous session due to the COVID-19 closure, please let me know. Tell me what you’d like to register for and I will deduct your balance and send you a custom invoice.
Can’t commit to the entire session? An à la carte package will give you more flexibility!
