5. Single Leg Stretch – Beginner Mat Build-Ups & Modifications

If you’ve taken a Pilates group class, in person or online, and have gotten stuck in an exercise (or several), then these Beginner Mat Build-Ups & Modifications videos are for you. Or maybe you would like to increase your strength or articulation in a certain exercise.

In the next while, I’ll be adding short videos addressing each beginner exercise to the FREE Beginner Program. Once you’re signed up for the free program (or if you are already an Enhanced Replays member or you are a registered student with replays access), you can watch each video as many times as you’d like!

I’ll show you ways you can modify each exercise until your body is ready to move on from there. I’ll also be breaking down the different parts of the exercises to demonstrate how you can build up your strength to work your way up to the full expression of the movements.
