March 13 – The One Leg Kick
This is another exercise that I have really learned to appreciate and understand better during the pandemic. Learning a few different approaches to this exercise with different instructors this last year has helped me to really feel those hammies!
My Pilates thank you is to @pilatessummit2021 for hosting their wonderful conference last year. Especially since today makes one year since my last “normal” day teaching, I’m really thankful that I had the opportunity to take so many wonderful workshops and workout classes with instructors I may never have had the chance to work with otherwise! And, in particular, there was a variation of The One Leg Kick that I learned in a Pilates Summit Master Sundays class with @elizabethlarkam that is a killer plank without even lifting the leg. I can’t wait to keep learning more!
