March 24 – Leg Pull Front & Back

These exercises are HARD!! Okay, so I’m pretty comfortable with Leg Pull Front. I like front planks. So I do them more often than a reverse plank. In a reverse plank, the hip extensor strength to maintain the hips up and the weight-bearing in shoulder extension is so challenging (and then add the lift of the leg – jeez!). This challenge is why I should do it more!

My thank you is for this social media event because I can see that we all perform these exercises differently from one another. I’ve seen some people confess their struggles or dislikes of exercises and I’m thankful to know I’m not the only one! Here’s to continuing to strengthen through the exercises we like a little less and to taking full advantage of the joy that comes with doing the exercises we love!
