I would say that The Double Leg Stretch is twice as challenging as The One Leg Stretch. ;-)
I’m thankful that during this last year, I have found a new way, for me of going deeper into this exercise. This pandemic has given me the opportunity to take classes online with teachers I may never have ever had the chance to work with otherwise. They have given me new perspectives and fresh ideas.
I love the feeling of the lift of the legs and the arms with the crown of the head while scooping in the abs. And then fighting for even more length of my spine and limbs. And then challenging myself to hold the arms to the side for a moment before I bring it all back to hugging it all in (which I only really did here, sort of, for the first rep).
