Rotator Cuff Exercises

Let’s get that rotator cuff strong and stable!

Strengthening the deep muscles in your shoulder will help to keep the this very mobile joint stable.

In this video, I start by taking your shoulders through different ranges and helping you get to know your scapulae. Then we go through a series of exercises using light weights and an elastic.

I would also recommend my Shoulder Mobilization video as a complement to this video.

Try these strengthening exercises once or twice a week to keep your shoulders strong and stable.

Let me know if you have any questions and tell me how you feel after trying this video!
