Let’s get those shoulders moving!
Even though our shoulders are our most mobile joint, I think it’s where many of us tend to hold tension. I want to help you discover the range you have, not only in the shoulder girdle, but in the thoracic spine (upper back), too.
In this video, I go through a range of exercises that take you through all planes of movement. I would describe these exercises as delicious for your shoulders and spine!
I would recommend my Breathing video before or after this video (try both combinations and let me know which way works better for you!).
Try adding some or all of these movements to your daily routine and see how much taller and relaxed you’ll be.
