March 27 – The Boomerang
This exercise is freaking difficult! When I watched myself in the video again, I found myself holding my breath and my abs were clenching (in solidarity with myself???). This exercise is a whole lot rolled into one exercise: Roll Over, Teaser, Back Rowing from the reformer. So, with that, I present to you my humble Boomerang.
As difficult as this exercise, I’m thankful for the fun of this exercise. It almost feels like a game to see how well you can maintain that Boomerang shape as you switch legs, hold your legs up against gravity in that Teaser, to reach your arms behind you without collapsing. I really should practice this exercise more!
