March 28 – The Seal & Crab
These exercises are fun! Doing Seal in a class usually gives everyone a laugh, or at least a smile. And, although Crab is not part of the Stott Pilates repertoire that I learned in my training, I really enjoy this one, too. And the great stretch that you get in the neck and back is the icing on the cake!
